About KTA

Victoria's first Jewish day school

Kineret Tamim Academy opened in 2024 as the first Jewish day school on Vancouver Island — a milestone decades in the making. Built on the belief that every Jewish child deserves an education that nurtures both the mind and the soul, KTA combines rigorous academics with a warm, values-driven Jewish environment.

Students receive individualized attention in small classes, with a curriculum that weaves secular excellence and Judaic learning together seamlessly. The result is children who are confident, curious, and deeply connected to their heritage.
